I'm looking at next model year Ram and Ford Class 5's and am running into the same problem. I know the Ford information is not available yet, but the Ram information has been floating out there for a month.
Two Ram dealers are clueless to what is coming and are waiting for the first ones off the line? I'm now working with third Ram dealer that seems to be a little more knowledgeable but is either keeping information close to his chest so I visit the dealership or he is bluffing.
The fleet sales guy from whom I bought my last Ford is keeping me updated as he gets more information on the new chassis cabs. I seem to have a very good contact through this Ford dealer which makes my buying so much more a pleasure than trying to deal with the blank or indifferent expressions I am currently getting out of Ram's dealers.
