When you look at pickuptrucks.com or the ford trucks enthusiasts hill climb meetup when you put the pedal to the floor the diesel and gas trucks are within about 2 mph or so up the hill.
I keep a truck past the expiration of the warranty and I don't want an engine/fuel system that gives the possibility of a 10k plus repair bill.
I can in ALL cases hold speed and stay under 3,000 rpm. Have you ever had to replace a new gas engine now days? I am 4 years out of warranty, so far so good!
