- bka0721Explorer III have both, the Coleman Road Trip and the Baby Weber portable Charcoal Smokey Joe Grill.
Of the two grills I use the Smokey Joe grill the most. About 50 to 1.

Weber Smokey Joe Grill
Coleman Road Trip LXE Grill - homefor2ExplorerWe use the Weber Q with the grill mats and they keep it like new without all the mess falling through the grate. Our Arctic Fox came with the gas connection on the rear bumper which is so much better than messing with extra gas bottles. We have a 10ft gas line on the BBQ and removed the regulator so it will work through the camper regulator. Very fast and easy to set up.

Unfortunately, yes. Some people are worse than animals. No respect for the next campers that will use that site. - 805greggExplorerThat Esbit looks like a winner, thanks, just ordered one $71

We have a weber Smokey Joe but most times we just cook over the campfire. The replacement Weber grill grate (store in garbage bag) fits the ring of a truck rim that many CGs use. We also bought a tripod at Walmart for like $20 that actually fits back into it's box for easy storage. Sometime I swap out the grill grates to give me more room on the tripod.

C'mon Bumpy, out of sight out of mind, ya know? Don't ask don't tell? :D But at least if the next user burns long enough to create coals, that should burn off the, um, impurities... right? ;) lol
Must have been the "secret ingredient" as that was one of my better batches of ribs.... :W
Also won 2nd prize in a pork loin cook off using this rig. - dbertheauExplorerWe sometimes use a Weber Q. But, mostly use our old weber charcoal grill...

X3 on the road trip. - OldtymeflyrExplorerWe always carry a Coleman Grill Stove. It fits and its always allowed to be used, even during fire bans, at least around here. We carry charcoal, and I actually prefer charcoal but its not as fast or convenient. We have not had trouble finding a grill to use charcoal and sometimes we carry a small hibachi.
- trailgranny50ExplorerWe've had what is being marketed now as the Eco-cue charcoal grill since it was called the Pyromid years ago. Original ones we had sprouted legs when loaned to family and had to wait to get the new ones till company issues were settled and new owners started remarketing under new name. Still a good stainless steel item for charcoal cooking with only 9-12 cubes of charcoal. Folds down to about 1" thick. We have the 12x12" but to cook an entire meal the 15/16" would do better and still use minimal amount of charcoal. They say you can use wood, leaves, etc as well but we stick with charcoal. Definitely use the available foil liners at first then learn to make your own. Makes great steaks, cools down fairly quickly if the foil and coals are removed and set in fire ring. Safe for counter tops, tables or ground and when open fires prohibited.
