Corrugated or smooth outer finish?
I'm planning to replace my current TT. Looking at older ones, it seems that the corrugated aluminum finish holds up better to the weather. Also, it doesn't seem to get those ugly black streaks on it. ...

I like stick and tin and plywood floors. I cringe thinking about laminated floors, and water damage. Sure my HTT is smooth, laminated, caged in aluminum with a sandwiched floor.
