There is a small sticker on the wall that says "TV Bracket Mount" in our Rockwood. Also the outlets needed are right there, too. I'd bet that for one reason or another someone removed the sticker or there never was one. I would think I quick call to the manufacturer would get you a copy of the inside of that wall or they could at least tell you the location. We had planned to move the 19" flat screen from our bedroom at home into the camper, but decided it was too snug a fit, but left the sticker there in case we change out mind at some point. Agree that this dealer may be a little too proud of their pricing or too low on their knowledge. Doesn't seem like they should have to dismantle the wall to find it.
