If a mouse infestation is in your future, a cover won't make a difference - but that wasn't the question, was it?
I'd say give it a try without and see how dirty/dusty it gets. All barns are not the same. I don't blame you for not wanting to see dust all over yuor shiny TT. The ADCO cover would be fine. Hanging a tarp over it won't keep the sides from getting dusty. The biggest pain you will have is getting the dust out of the cover in the spring.
