cubic foot of wood? how big is this? damn restrictions

local campground that I want to checkout next weekend put a full ban on bringing in firewood..they force you to buy there wood which is $8.00 for a cubic foot..any idea how much this is? im in upstate...

Westmoreland State park sells their firewood at 50 cents each. That a good price. The volunteers cut the wood and then buy thing for their outings with the firewood money...

I guess if you think of how many small cut log sticks will fit in a 12"x12"x12" box would add up to 1 cubic foot of firewood. Amazon sells a John's Firewood Sales Boxed Firewood 1.55 Cubic Feet for $14.99

This box looks like around 9"x12"x24" ???


Would not do me very good the way I like my camp fires.
