cubic foot of wood? how big is this? damn restrictions

local campground that I want to checkout next weekend put a full ban on bringing in firewood..they force you to buy there wood which is $8.00 for a cubic foot..any idea how much this is? im in upstate...

If they wanna make you buy their wood, I suppose they have the right. But I've never seen wood go more than 4.50 - 5.00. That's nuts! Nice of them to piggyback on the DEC's ruling to jack their profit margin.
