I couldn't find any that said, "Who cares what customers want, there will always be others" :R
Some good stuff there! I have to wonder if the high price that some charge hurts the bottom line in the end. I know that other things being equal or similar, if a campground charged me $8 for a little bundle of wood and another charged a fair price of $4 or even $5, I would go the cheaper one.
