Foam is very expensive. I priced for our daughters tent trailer, 3 beds, couch and dinette, it was going to be over a thousand for new foam.
I would talk to your local RV dealer and ask who they use for their upholstery pieces. Ours told us of a place and she makes all the upholstered pieces for RV's and large rigs. It was a lot cheaper to buy from her.
