Yes, but this is not a TSB where they may/will fix for free if you bring it in with the problem. In this letter they want you to bring it in. I know it is symantics. This is just for information. No reason to stress that it makes your brand look bad because it has a recall (they all do)...or rather please bring it in before it breaks letter.
