Can you describe the cut a bit more? I know you said they dealer cut it all the way across which would leave a long cut. But are the other three sides still attached to the bottom?
They cut it all the way from the left side to the right side in a straight line. So now without it being sealed up. The back half is sagging and when towing down the road, air can blow up into the undercarriage.
