I was on I 25 the other day traveling about 75 mph about 10 pm when I pulled out to pass a semi truck. I checked my mirror and pulled out and sitting dead center in front of me was a bale of hay....Nothing I could do but hit it. I T boned it and it blew apart....hay all over the road !! I just got out of the shop with all the front suspension parts replaced. Guess it could have been worse, glad it was just hay.

Man that sucks. Like you said, it could have been worse. I almost hit a deer at 140 MPH on a race track the other day. I don't think I would be here typing this if I did!Glad your truck and back together and you're ok.

We did clock in at just shy of 17mpg that day.

Saw a guy do the same thing on I40 recently except it was what looked like a full retread off a 18 wheeler. After it came out from under the back of his small suv smoke came next and the guy pulled over. Must have broke a coolant or oil line off.

Glad you are ok. Scary situation.
