It's very subjective. Some people will completely cover their RV's with murals or camouflage while others will leave them stark white.
Although I prefer the look of the painted two-tone Class A's, I know that white stays cooler and will keep away from the darker/richer colors. I have never been a fan of monotone vehicles, so some offset color to me looks better. Even if you took an all white TC and used a different color for the door panels, vents and window trim, it would break the expanse of the single color and give some variation to the vehicle.
