the op knows what I do to my camper, we talked about it during our visit in the cold weather at Leavenworth but I thought id share with you all in case it helps someone with their ideas.
I do winterize and use jug water. its no big deal to us to do that during the winter. I do use an electric heater when we have power to heat the camper. I keep my furnace on to supplement heat when needed. during the single digit lows my furnace came on only a couple times. I do remove access panels inside my camper to the tanks. I leave them off so the heat from the electric heater go in there. I keep my bathroom door and under sink door open too.
the other things I do is insulate the propane regulator and I put insulation behind the outside shower cover.
I have those vent covers over our roof vents and I never get cold drafts from them. so ive never needed to use those foam blocks for inside.
nothing else is done. I don't have any cold drafts in the camper. I use the toilet with flushing it with the jug water. my tank and valve have never had a problem freezing.
my camper does not have that "4 season" sticker. I have and will continue to use it all year.
so whats a all season camper? good question. even if one is not labeled that way it can be.
on edit: my camper is a non slide model.
