The OP was expecting "comfort" and did get that to a degree, but not to the degree that his wife was accustomed to.
Compare the construction of a TC, even an Arctic Fox, to a typical modern house. Even the best insulated TC has a mere fraction of the insulation that a house has.
It's just never going to be as comfortable.
If you were expecting to be comfortable like home, you were expecting too much.
I am not expecting to much.
Draftyness and cold floors maybe...but frozen cold water and drains are not comfort issues. Specially when others with other brands don't have all the issues...
My posting was really just to vent and feel out what others felt when the All Seasons, Warm Coach, Made for Northern Cold Climates, etc....labels are put on campers.
