Designing and Building Your Own Travel Trailer

I don't know if anyone have tried this route yet. I am building my own travel trailer and I wanted to document the progress, so I used a free blog site for that purpose. You can follow the progress here:

    It looks like your design is close to what's being offered in the market. It might benefit you to buy the simplest trailer with frame and running gear attached and go from there.
    FWIW, I gutted a TT and rebuilt it inside how I wanted it. It took about 6 mos of almost full time work and over $5K. The restoration thread is in my signature line.

    Good luck on your venture. I suggest hanging out on Tiny House Nation web sites for more ideas. Some of the "Tiny House" ideas are absolutely incredible, how they utilize space. Lots of YouTube videos too. Just look up "Tiny House." Good luck on your dream.
