Dicor Haps Free lap sealant

I had never came across this before, I have been using the regular lap sealant but the local rv dealer only carries the Haps free version, I couldn't find much on here about it, anyone used it before?

I went ahead and purchased a tube of it, I am all for chemicals if it makes things last longer :) Just wondering if this stuff breaks down faster than the regular version.
