Also, just an FYI on the Flat Beds...
Hitch:
Make sure whomever does it, gets the hitch setup to what you want or may want in the future to tow. I was going to put a "Super Hitch", Torklift, had it all ordered and shipping the next day as the Flatbed mfg was going to put it on, but then couldn't due to the structure.
Torklift could for some $2100 (hitch included) but it would void the flatbed warranty.
All that to say, make sure the flatbed is set up right for possible future use.
Also, the size 12'6' aka 13' was the height for the rig in total.
Flatbed was 10'.. so the buggy would fit, and I have about 2' in between the camper and headboard for storage too...
