I can't say for sure Ben because as you know we don't do "real" diesel testing in Kalifornia.
I can say this from experience. Diesels tend to have high NOX levels because of their efficiency. Almost any engine that has a turbo on it runs high exhaust temp and that makes for a bad NOX report.
The BB I had back in the day was tuned very sharp. There was very little HC's getting out of the exhaust even without a cat. The NOX was another story; being very high.
As you can see from the report Ben. Your Burb is in very good shape.
