- wompsExplorerAuto.ca says it is the V6 diesel Ford was developing before the 2008 recession hit. Supposedly for the 2018 model. They will definitely know how the Ram diesel is accepted by then.
- hone_eagleExplorerOnly if the Ram and Nissan 1/2 diesels sell ,otherwise fuggetabotit.
- wompsExplorerSorry, I read it wrong. The diesel option won't be available till a mid cycle refresh. Not sure what year that will be.
- OpenRangePullenExplorerThey already have the 3.2 I-5 PS and plan to use it in the new Ford Transit vans, wouldn't make sense to build a 3.0 just to use in the f-150. The euro version is rated at 197HP and 374 Ftld they might up the power ratings for the f-150. Its 200HP, 350 Ftld in the 2015 Ford Transit van.
