Note too, he runs a company that makes fuel additives. Not an objective source of info................Like the Spicer Report, anecdote and not a lot of science.
And, does anyone REALLY know who refines the diesel fuel they buy or where it comes from? All I know is the stuff I buy comes by barge from the Gulf Coast (somehwere) to Tampa, pipeline to Orlando, and trucked to gas stations and convenience stores all over Central Florida sold under a bunch of different brand names...........and they all load their trucks at the same pipeline terminal near Orlando International Airport.
