I have a good sized camper I haul with a diesel and love it. It is an older 2002 diesel 7.3 with no emissions and such to worry about, my kinda thing. I have an 08 F450 V10 gasser for work also and it is zippy, but gets about half the mileage of my diesel. I absolutely love the low end power of my diesel and barely touch the skinny peddle climbing hills. I just all around enjoy driving the 7.3 beast, it's a mans truck, IMO. I can see me hauling campers on it for the next 30 years.
