This is another myth perpertrated by those who don't know.
I'm not arguing the point about availability, but most of the examples you use don't prove anything. Tractors, combines and skidders run off road diesel and aren't usually found pulling into roadside fuel stations. I know it's the same fuel other than the die.
Again, I'm not saying it's hard to find.
