Since 2000, I have been driving a diesel pickup. Since 2000, I have been in ALL 48 states. I have traveled from Maine to California and from Florida to Washington state. I always start with a full tank (35 gallons) and start looking to refuel when I get to 1/4 tank. I have never ever even come close to running out of fuel. I travel both Interstate highways and back roads. When on vacation, I try to stay off the Interstates.
Anyone on this forum that needs a diesel pickup and is afraid to purchase one because they may not be able to find fuel for it - well, what I would have to say about that would get me edited by a moderator.
