Diesel trucks
What's the upper limit on mileage for a used 250/2500 series diesel truck that you would buy? I'm seeing a lot of nice looking used diesel trucks but, many of them have like, 300,000 miles on them.

Well we bought ours just over four years ago for about $12,000. We had been looking for a while, came across this 2001 4X4 5 speed manual, ONE OWNER with 234,000 miles.
We went to see it that night, we checked it out and test drove. The truck was in show room condition, engine ran strong, interior was clean. We bought it on the spot.

I think the biggest dollar item we have done was the addition of a turbo mounted Pacbrake.
Just about to roll 279,000K, we pull a 11,000# 5er at 19,500 GCVW.
