Yes. In general for all 3 brands, 07.5-08 poor mileage many issues (dpf, egr, turbo vanes). 09-10 same poor mileage, more reliable.
2011 better mileage with scr/def (2013 for ram) with some teething issues,knot horrible.
Newer than that=pretty solid from an emissions standpoint.
