Ok I think I see what you are talking about. The helper spring is the single leaf that is mounted above the spring pack that contacts that mount/perch on the frame? So F250's (2007) have a shorter block and don't have the helper spring then?

A F350 has an extra separate helper spring plus the multi leaf spring. Pretty sure the multi leaf spring is the same on both trucks. A F250 with the "Camper Package" has this extra spring plus a rear sway bar.
