Saying "...the trailer will be tied to his truck insurance..." doesn't mean anything. The question is - is the RV covered at all times for "liability", "comprehensive", and "collision"? And how much is he paying for all of those coverages? If not, what does he have? I have all three plus it includes vacation liability, emergency expenses, replacement cost on personal effects and more.
