dining booth to bed woes

this year we purchased and 2016 Outback model OB326RL 16. The booth is suppose to make into a bed but none of the cushions fit in any configuration to cover the entire bed area. The back cushions will not fit at all to make up the space left by the lowered table. Has anyone else had this problem?

Interestingly, in the 2+ years I've owned this TT, I haven't tried the conversion yet, because I haven't needed to. I did it many times in my previous TT with no issues at all.

Do you have a straight dinette, or a U-shaped dinette?

Without lowering the top you could measure the back cushions and see if they match the table width.
  • My cushions are tight and have to be forced in, just as Pira stated. I would rather have this than loose cushions that leave gaps. I do not have an Outback.

  • Cushions too tight or not big enough? I don't have an Outback, but my dinette cushions have to be forced into place
