Turtle - They went 86 miles!
On Saturday, I went 240 miles without stopping (with my nearly 10k lb TT). I stopped and replaced my 240 miles of energy in less than 2 minutes (truck pump). I drove another 100 plus miles, stopped 40 minutes for lunch in the middle of Illinois corn fields, and drove another 180 miles. 520 miles in the day. Spent the night, and drove 347 miles, with a brief stop. All for $450. And never saw a charging station.
I did see my first Dollar General with a hitching post - and in use with horse and buggy.
I will keep my EV at home, and use my truck or van for trips to Iowa. My daughters used the van for the trip, and drove the 800+ miles straight through, with one fuel stop.
