We've had no fumes in the trailer so far. Actually I can't smell my truck at all even if I'm standing right next to the tailpipe. Once in awhile I catch a wiff of something if it's doing/just finished a regen.
If you see a newer truck "rolling coal" it's prolly because the owner has tuned his motor to make it do so on purpose. It's actually a thing with some folks.
The only diesel smell I've gotten so far had been on me at a pump that was malfunctioning and overfilled the tank. A diesel shower is not recommended.
