No to OP's question. But one should really tow with windows and vents closed anyway. The Venturi effect will cause a pressure drop inside the trailer, which will suck dust, water, etc. in. (Even if towing with a covered vent open, if it rains the pressure drop will cause water to get sucked into whatever little tiny cracks there might be ... Not good.)
