Start at the beginning. Pin #4 is suppose to be an auxiliary 12 volt power, usually to do a trickle type charge of the TT battery.
This makes the assumption that your 7 pin is wired correctly and you are counting them correctly. Details as you know are on the net.
Not all vehicles may have this 12 volt charging feature. I do not recall it being available on my 2002 F-150.
If you do not have this feature, all it means is when you are on the road or not connected to shore power, your TT is using its battery power to power the essential circuits. Your frig, furnace blower, water pump and such.
My battery will last four days when not in use, or two days if we are camping without power. There are always phantom loads draining the 12 volt system. This is usually sufficient for most folks, unless they camp without shore power.
When we park the TT between trips I disconnect the negative battery lead.
