Yea, it was there. I had a 2002. Just had to install the relay under the hood. I still have the 7 pin to 4 pin adaptor, because the truck with the tow package only came with a 7 pin hookup. So they sent a 7 to 4 adaptor so you could pull a boat, or utility trailer.
