I doubt they install 2 exterior doors simply for safety egress reasons. With or without a 2nd door, they install windows that are for emergency exit use, including one in the bedroom. RVIA has emergency egress requirements for RV manufacturers.
KZ makes a Spree model 262RKS with 2 doors (the model we have) and a less expensive Spree Connect model C260RKS which is the same basic TT with a different bathroom layout (and less overall features) but only has one exterior door.

Many longer TTs have only one door like for ex., the Jayco 338RETS at 39'-3".

We rarely use our bedroom door and just as soon would not have it and would prefer a larger window on that side of the bedroom instead. It's not easy to install something to darken the window in the bedroom door at night without resorting to something that attaches with velcro, but these are awkward to open/close daily. The window in the door can be like a searchlight in your eyes in the morning on a sunny day.
Bedroom doors can sometimes be not very wide and awkward to fit through. I saw one at an RV show where you almost needed to turn sideways to get out.
On TVs, they are typically in less than ideal viewing locations. In our TT, the TV is mounted over one of the dinette seats and when sitting in the opposite seat, the TV is vertical and you can't see the image very clearly. I had to install a tilting mount to the articulating mount to see the TV properly. TVs are one thing that many buyers don't think much about when looking to buy a new TT.
