Our answer is yes and no. IF the weather is not at all questionable and IF we've remembered to bring them, then we do. Not fans of the larger ball-type lights or the strip lights, but we have the little red camping lanterns, some seasonal pumpkins and some for our FL Spring Training trip with baseballs and mitts....all are small and have only the clear Christmas-type bulbs. We tried a number of ways to put them up and found that for us, just the simple 1" binder clips is easy and if we need to get them down in a hurry, just a couple of quick pulls has them down. Seems like the past couple of years, every time we camp, the wind comes up, so we just don't do it if we know we're going to have to yank them down in a short while. Sometimes nothing, sometimes just the porch light and sometimes the tacky lights. Depends on our mood and the weather. And....they always are unplugged at night!
