I've always wondered if a TC was considered an RV or not ... didn't think it did and agree with kayteg1 on that point. However, I've had owners of privately owned RV Parks tell me that TCs are considered RVs to them so the truth may vary depending on who you ask, but technically they are cargo as I understand it. When I read jimh425's post I was picturing a road banned to RVs due to low overheads which in that case would include the TCs probably (like the tunnels in the MT Rushmore area).
