I can think of only three reasons why We (TC people) buy TC instead of other RV...
We want to fit any campsite - even small sites in NPS or St Parks.
We want our truck for exploring, easy off - easy on, or take camper to explore and may not return to same CG if we find an interesting area. It's small enough to take it or leave it, depending on plans or surprises.
We want to tow a boat or cargo trailer (ATV, Bikes?) Otherwise, it's small, altho, our backyard is the entire wilderness.
Or any combination --- we are not limited.
