Going out on a limb here.... That looks like Sun Lakes State Park. Or maybe Steamboat Rock State Park. We did a trip over that area in 2016, and those campsites really look familiar. IIRC they were nice, new, paved sites. Which, in the topic of unloading the TC, makes a lot of sense. There is not much nearby either of those campgrounds, so getting the vehicle out is necessary if you are touring the area.
