Do you use your sliding window at the front of your camper?

We use ours quite a bit for ventilation- but never have as a 'pass thru'. Have one of those pop spring steel screens we'll put in front of it. On or off truck seems to flow more, air, especially if still and hot, than any of the side windows. Good place to set a small fan or if roof vent pulling as air thru it alwasy seems cooler?
