Do you warm up camper before heading out for winter camping?

I hope to do my first cold weather camping soon. I know the mattress is about 30* in there so I was wondering about how one goes about prepping for cold weather camping? I currently have the water lin...

Our camper heats up in a short amount of time in the cold even after 7 -8 hours on the road in cold temperatures. However, it would be nice to warm it up before you go if it has been stored for some time.
