Do you warm up camper before heading out for winter camping?

I hope to do my first cold weather camping soon. I know the mattress is about 30* in there so I was wondering about how one goes about prepping for cold weather camping? I currently have the water lin...

So you must have your mattress warmer plugged into an inverter running off your batteries charged by your truck while driving. Correct?


My mattress warmers are 12v, with thermostats and they work very well.
Electrowarmth makes them.
