Do you warm up camper before heading out for winter camping?

Besides heating up the inside before leaving home, I also heat the water in the water heater using AC power. I added a heating element where the drain plug goes. If it's just a weekend, I usually don't need to run the propane for hot water, it stays warm enough to do dishes or wash my face and hands.
