I did a mod years ago using 3rd gen mirrors and 2nd gen mounting arms so I had electric heated mirrors that were all Mopar.
Aftermarket places sell them, not as good of quality as OE. - Community AlumniIf power mirrors are already there then the swap is pretty simple. You remove 3 nuts, disconnect the connector, connect the new mirror, and tighten it back down. If everything is manual then chances are it's still an easy swap. A lot of the manual trucks came with all of the wiring already in the doors along with the connectors. You just have to buy the switches to control the mirrors. I believe there was a heated option in those trucks. In that case you'd have to buy the heater module in order for it to work.

But if you feel you need powered mirrors, do a web search. There are several places that sell them for from 300 to 500 dollars a pair. Connecting might take some time to wire them, but nothing a compentend person could not do.
