I did a mod years ago using 3rd gen mirrors and 2nd gen mounting arms so I had electric heated mirrors that were all Mopar.

Aftermarket places sell them, not as good of quality as OE.

If power mirrors are already there then the swap is pretty simple. You remove 3 nuts, disconnect the connector, connect the new mirror, and tighten it back down. If everything is manual then chances are it's still an easy swap. A lot of the manual trucks came with all of the wiring already in the doors along with the connectors. You just have to buy the switches to control the mirrors. I believe there was a heated option in those trucks. In that case you'd have to buy the heater module in order for it to work.
  • See no reason to domit. I think the Ram towing mirrors are fine. Take all of 2 minutes to flip and adjust.
But if you feel you need powered mirrors, do a web search. There are several places that sell them for from 300 to 500 dollars a pair. Connecting might take some time to wire them, but nothing a compentend person could not do.
