Oh, man. My expensive roll of Eternabond that I have used about 6" of is turning 5 this year. :S

I had a partial roll I kept in a cool basement for 6 or 7 years. It worked fine.
I think if you keep it in the RV year round from 10 to 100 degrees is when it goes bad.
