Exactly and this is what happens if you follow the instructions to the letter. The manufacturer puts more turns into them than what the manual states. I have no idea why they do this in their manuals but they do.
I put a couple more turns into mine but it still isn't as tight as it was from the factory.
If you count them as it unrolls, you'll find the number is somewhat arbitrary and there are even a different number of turns from side to side.
