Yep, not surprising at all.
I was measuring the cooling on mine last time I plugged it in. After 3 hours it had dropped from about 75 to 55 in the fridge. My last check was around 9PM and by 7AM the next morning it was 35 degrees. I'm assuming at around 6 hours or so it was close to the "safe" zone.
