Dometic tundra - compressor not cycling?

I have a dometic tundra tj42 in my 2007 outfitter apex 8. I normally turn off the fridge when I won't be using the camper for a while. Last trip was Memorial Day weekend and all was fine. Had been planning on a trip this weekend, and plugged the camper into shore power on Sunday night and tuned the fridge back on. Heard the fan running (which is all I ever really heard) and thought all was well. Checked it today and it was totally at ambient temp.

Pulling the side panel access cover to get to where the compressor and coils are, I can hear and see the fan running. But, can't tell if the compressor is. I'd think I should be able to tell, but it sure doesn't seem like it is running. And, I do have 14V at the power out of the power supply and into the actual terminal board that has the connections to the thermostat, light, fan, and of course, power in.

Any one else ever check to see if they can hear/feel the compressor running? Or better yet, anyone have the compressor die on them? It looks like the compressor wasn't really made to be replaced on these.
