It appears to me there are some people that simply look for an argument or a fight, or simply want to troll. I also notice some of the posters are consistent in disagreeing with just about subject that is posted. I am disappointed.
It is not a mater of agreeing, I simply posted copies of what is in the Service manual. I could post a link where you could buy a manual, but what would be the point. Let there be no question, I definitely have come to my own conclusions, but they are primarily based on the Service Manual. I have no idea what others base their conclusions on, nothing is offered to support their belief. This does not apply to everyone that has posted, but does apply to several.
I do suggest you use your words carefully. You can disagree, but there is no need to flame or troll. If you take exception to this post, it is probable you are one of those I have in mind. Do not ask for clarification, it would be reflected with edited or deleted posts.

Wasn't looking for argument, fight or trolling
Simply stating what my 'interpretation' is of the info from Service Manual based on the 'paragraph and sentence structure'. Which is different then your interpretation(s).
Sentence structure is key to 'what is meant/intent'. The old cross your T's and dot your I's hold true for a reason.
"Let's eat Grandpa!" OR "Let's eat, Grandpa!"
Punctuation makes a big difference.
The Service Manual (that you posted) used a "." (PERIOD) after the sentence about GVWR
*Gross Vehicle Weight Ranting (GVWR). The gross
front and rear weight ratings (GAWRs) are
based on a minimum rim size and maximum cold tire
inflation pressure.
*Gross Vehicle Weight Ranting (GVWR) ,

inflation pressure.
Same wording BUT 2 completely different meanings.
First one contains 2 subjects with separate descriptions....due to use of a 'period'
Second one contains 2 subjects that are linked to description due to use of a 'comma'
I'm reading same information you posted. But come to different meaning based on my years of contact negotiations, words used, how they are used and the sentence structure.
I also have come to my own conclusion.
